We would like to invite all EU SMEs, clusters and scaling-up support organisations to participate in the 3- day Group Exchange in Barcelona, from the 24th – 26th of October organized by the Spanish Mobility and Multimodal Logistics cluster In-Move by Railgrup within the EU-funded EXXTRA Project (“EXcellence EXchange and Teaming-up  between RAilway clusters”). The exchange foresees 3 full days of activities and presentations including the attendance to the International Mobility Congress in Sitges where In-Move by Railgrup will be hosting a side event along with Capgemini Engineering under the framework of the cluster’s running taskforce on Smart Mobility.

The number of participants is limited, and they are eligible for receiving a reimbursement of 450€. The participates requires an official registration and specific steps to proceed according to the project. For more details please contact irina.vescu@ditecfer.eu by October 3^rd, 2022.

Scope: A benchmarking 3-day tour visit involving inspirational sessions with cluster managers and cluster practitioners experts sharing their methodologies, successful practices and use cases to foster future exchanges and cooperation among the exchange participants.

Venue: Barcelona and Sitges, Catalonia.

Period: 24^th, 25^th, and 26^th of October (3 full days).

Contents:

• Introduction of In-Move’s Strategy, Return Value Model, Value Chain and Best practices.
• Shared Value
• ACCIÓ’s support through the Catalonia Clusters network, funding schemes, international offices, European Project’s Office support, impact on foreign investment in Catalan economy.

• Visit to cluster’s shareholders.

Objectives: 

• To learn about In-Move’s and Rail. S working methods and structure.
• To increase the visibility of both clusters internationally.
• Presentation of research institutions associated in the clusters
• Creating a long-term of cooperation between clusters, and member’s companies of the involved countries. (Spain and Germany)
• To foster cross-border and cross-sectoral partnerships.
• To provide knowledge on the Spanish and German mobility and logistics sector.
