It is no secret that our society is on the verge of entering into a new digital age. In the wake of this new era, we are facing great societal and economic changes yet once more. Since we started thinking more industry-oriented or in industrial contexts on a global scale, we see that what drives the new digital age is technological progress. Yet, no one can fully survey to which dimensions these changes, which also entail upheavals, extend. Nevertheless, these developments and processes of digitalization have one common DNA: Networks – without which neither technological process nor digitalization can be successful.
The 1st Rail & Digital Mobility User Conference, taking place from 18th of September to 20th of September 2019 in Annaberg-Buchholz, establishes the foundation for networks in the field of digitized mobility. It is held by Smart Rail Connectivity Campus (SRCC), Europes most innovative research project on traffic.
We cordially invite you the first-time and overall unique conference that will be conducted as a Conference Lab. You will have the opportunity to choose between up to 35 work-streams in which you can actively further your ideas with experts from around the globe – whether to initiate new research projects or develop ready-to-market ideas.
By taking part in this conference, you will visit a wonderful region that is, thanks to the creativity residing here, well under way to become a hidden champion. Be there, when innovations are born and profit from this special conference atmosphere by getting new developments off the ground.
After your binding registration, we kindly ask you around mid-July via E-Mail to commit to your work-stream of preference. Please do so quickly, as we can only provide 15 openings per work-stream. Already occupied work-streams can not be chosen anymore.
